This spring Aging in Place Transition Services (APS) took part in several community events across the state of Tennessee.
APS was an exhibitor in Nashville in May at the Belmont United Methodist Church’s event for the Senior Adult Ministry called “Celebrating the Ageless Spirit.” APS also presented a seminar at the event entitled “On the Road to Aging” about the many choices seniors face when planning for their next stage in life.
The seminar, “Aging Choices and Transitions,” was part of a panel presentation in June in Gatlinburg, TN at the Tennessee Bar Association Convention. The theme of the meeting was “Building Better Relationships and Manage Through Resistance.” APS was honored to be a part of this prestigious event.
Later in June, APS took part in the Care Givers Conference sponsored by the Rutherford County Senior Connections, and Lean on Me Ministries. APS was a conference sponsor and exhibitor and Sara Beth Warne spoke at the conference about the company and services they offer to Seniors.
In October, the APS team will participate as a vendor at the Leading Age Senior Solutions Expo to be held at the new Music City Center in downtown Nashville, TN.
APS is now on the radio! Beginning in July, APS will sponsor The Peter Rosenberger Show on 1510 WLAC which airs on Sundays at 3 p.m. CST. Tackling the issue of “caregivers” that affects 1/5 of the US population, Peter cuts across political, economical, racial, religious, and age demographics to unite this vast population with his unprecedented experience, deep compassion, and contagious humor.
