Angie & Kevin Durr
Angie Durr will bring her longtime experience in senior living and management to the company. She has worked as a senior industry professional since 2010. Most recently, she was employed by Mary, Queen of Angels Assisted Living where she was the recipient of the Excellence in Leadership Award from Leading Age. Angie was also honored as part of the Celebrate Life Everyday Program. While at Mary, Queen of Angels she facilitated a wait list of 100+ during a peak period. Prior to that she worked at Grace Manor Assisted Living where she had a successful record transitioning seniors into the living quarters of a new building.
Her husband, Kevin brings decades of experience to the company. During the past three years he worked in operations at an assisted living community. He handled all aspects of working with the residents from maintenance to taking care of any day-to-day issues that needed solutions.
Both Durrs have been involved as volunteers in nonprofit ministry programs since 1997. “My passion has always been helping others. Now, leading the APS Team will allow me to do that each day,” stated Angie. Kevin goes on to say, “We have always been a part of non-profit ministries. Having the opportunity to work with a supportive team striving to fulfill our vision is a great feeling.”
Sara Beth Warne
Sara Beth Warne founded the company in 2011 and since that time she and the APS Team have helped clients with senior move management services, organizing, decluttering, sort and packing, and set up of your new home in Tennessee and surrounding states.
She has more than 25 years of experience as an interior designer specializing in project development and renovation. The inspiration to start Aging in Place Services began with calls from her clients asking for assistance with their parents, siblings and planning for their own transitions, as well as personal experience with family and friends. The company was formed to offer creative and individually tailored design solutions for the 55+ market.

We have recruited members from all walks of life to build a team with the skills and talents best suited for your transition needs. Team members have worked in corporate planning, office management, real estate, service industries, and technical and building trades. We offer a personal service to you, our client, with well-trained teams who implement the systems we have developed to make your project run smoothly and efficiently.
